    UK Giraffe Behavior Workshop

Hosted by West Midlands Safari Park, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo's International Center for the Care and Conservation of Giraffe will be partnering with BIAZA and Behavior Works to host their 2nd annual workshop in the UK.

This workshop offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in a variety of topics with giraffe experts. During this Giraffe Behavior Workshop, we have paired lecture material with hands-on opportunities in giraffe training, behavior, hoof care, environmental enhancements, and leadership skills. We will also take a brief look into how enclosure design and management practices can stimulate natural foraging behaviors and reduce undesired behaviors.

If you have already attended the 2024 workshop we encourage you to still attend. Our 2025 workshop will provide not only a refresher on material previously delivered but will also provide new content to build upon existing skills and experience.
