WEBINAR LEAD BY BEHAVIOR WORKS This talk is designed for participants from both ends of the professional continuum – beginners who are at the start of their journey training animals and experienced professionals who are teaching beginners. Using the “Hierarchy of Behavior-Change Procedures” as our scaffolding, we will cover our most foundational concepts and behavior-change strategies. Participants will have opportunities to practice each learning objective as we navigate the ABCs, functional assessment, the four consequences and schedules of reinforcement all within the context of the least intrusive principle.
